SAMOSA CHAAT (MEDIUM, VEGAN) 7.50

North Indian classic street food of vegetable samosas crunchy sprinkles, fresh

pomegranate, vegan yogurt, tamarind chutney & chaat masala.

SWEETCORN & SPRING ONION CHAAT (MEDIUM, VEGAN, GF)  6.50

Charred sweetcorn kernels fried with chopped spring onions, green chillis and fresh ginger. Topped with crunchy boondi pearls, lime juice and chaat masala. Loved by Punjabis as a flavourful streetfood snack.

KALA CHANA MASALA (MEDIUM, VEGAN, GF) 14.00

Punjabi curried chickpeas and black chickpeas cooked in a hearty lipta sauce made with caramelised onions, ginger, garlic and finished with our 17 ingredient garam masala.

ALOO GOBHI (MEDIUM, VEGAN, GF) 14.50

Seasonal Cornish white and romanesco cauliflowers and Cornish potatoes roasted with tangy Panchphoran spices, caramelised onions, fresh ginger and tomatoes. A family favourite.

PUNJABI CHICKEN CURRY (MEDIUM, GF) 16.00

Free range Cornish chicken cooked in a Punjabi curry with caramelised onions, ginger, garlic and tomatoes cooked with cloves, cinnamon and black cardamom.

GOAN PORK CURRY (MEDIUM, GF, DF) 17.50

Traditional Goan Pork curry slow cooked with shallots and ginger. The spices used such as cloves, cinnamon and black pepper don’t overpower the flavour of the meat which we marinade in a palm wine vinegar known as ‘Toddy’.

A cooling Indian yoghurt side dish made with whole Cornish yogurt, fresh mango, lime zest and cardamom. Perfect with all of our mains, this raita is a Daaku signature side dish.

A favourite Mughlai preparation of long grain Basmati rice cooked with roasted cumin seeds, caramelised onions and black cardamom.

Masoor Red lentils, fried onions and roasted garlic with Daaku’s blend of aromatic whole spices are tempered in oil to release their aromatics. Punjabi tarka daal is a family favourite.
